The mission of the STOP CARTEL Organization according to the Stature and Internal Functions Regulation is:
1. The availability of support services for the improvement of the Citizens life and the upgrating of the general living conditions.
2. Assistance to the victims of cartels and monopolies to face the existing concequenses.
Victims of the cartels and monopolies can be:
- The tax-payers
- The consumers
- The honest companies
The above assistance may help confront legal, economic, living, social and other consequences-results of the illegal actions of members of cartels and monopolies against them.
3. The presence in front of the Local Competition Commissions and Antitrust Authorities including the E.U. Competition Commission etc. and support of the legal interests of the victims of cartels and monopolies .The assistance to the work of the above Authorities. In cases of unethical-unlawful practices and policies by any of the members or officials of the above Authorities, confrontation of them by every legal means.
4. The promotion and advancement to the Legislative Bodies in local , European or other level of new legislations for the protection of the victims of cartels and monopolies.
5. The promotion of the principles and values of Competition and development of a Competition and Antitrust Culture in the Society. This can be achieved:
- By organizing of Congresses, symposiums, educational presentations programs to the public.
- By systematic promotion of Competition and Antitrust issues and cases to the Media.
