The Administrative Board names volunteers of STOP CARTEL as such, after application and approval; persons who desire to offer their services, for the accomplishment of the goals of the Association.

They can be of any professional status.
The volunteers participate, in organizing a variety of events and activities of STOP CARTEL, take part in the Independent Committee handling the Solidarity Fund and participate in the Administrative Board.

STOP CARTEL invites volunteers from all the Countries.
