The criminal practices of members of Cartels and Monopolies have tragic consequences for the Victim- companies and for their employees who lose their jobs.

The Victim- businessmen, beyond the loss of their companies, are involved in long term legal battles with doubtful outcome and are literally defenceless .The reason is the absence of sufficient Legal protection and the usually enormous influence of the giant financial predators in the system.

To confront the above consequences, STOP CARTEL has been organized, so to be able to offer the victim- businessmen but also to employees, consumers, taxpayers and their families the following:

• Legal advise coverage.
  
• Financial assistance.

STOP CARTEL is developing a Solidarity Fund for all different types of Victims of Cartels and Monopolies.

According to article 4 , the Solidarity Fund accepts grants from STOP CARTEL ,offers from Fellows and Volunteers, subsidies from Organizations and Funds ,grants and subsidies from International Organizations and other sources the practices of which do not come in contrast with the intentions of STOP CARTEL. The Solidarity Fund is being handled by a three-member Independent Committee, which consists of one member of the Administrative Board, one member of the body of Fellows and one member of the body of Volunteers.
