A group of about 50 people posted this morning on the Acropolis of Athens a huge banner with the slogan TAKE BACK THE AUSTERITY MEASURES, in view of tomorrow's general strike.
In the Acropolis, to the historical point where Manolis Glezos the 89 years old Greek politician who suffered the police attack during last week's demostrations in central Athens had downloaded the German flag during WarII, young citizens posted a huge banner that said "Take back the austerity measures". According to information, similar banners were posted in other 5 parts of the country, namely the Labor Center of Patras, in the City Hall of Heraklion Crete and 3 historical monuments of the city of Rethymnon Crete.
